On the other hand, there is no specific recommended daily allowance for eating avocados. As with all food, it depends on several factors such as:

Because avocados contain healthy fats, vitamins and minerals, they are very nutritious. Generally, therefore, eating half an avocado a day is considered good within a healthy diet. Avocados contain some calories because of their fat content, but they are mainly monounsaturated fats, which is considered beneficial for heart health.
