Avocado carpaccio with pomegranate


Ingredients (2 persons)

-2 avocados
-Juice of ½ lemon
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
-Pinch of salt
-Fresh cilantro or basil

Preparation

-Cut the avocados into thin slices and arrange them in a fan shape on a plate.
-Drizzle with lime juice, oil, and salt. 
-Garnish with pomegranate seeds and herbs.

All done—a festive plate full of color!
